Carly: Who are you? Where are you from? What do you do for a living?
Sammie: I'm Sammie Lorch! I am originally from Houston, TX and I am the Engagement Associate for Houston Hillel and I am a Marketing & Fan Engagement Intern with the University of Houston Athletics! I also teach Jazzercise on the side.
Carly: What was your 'Jewish experience' like in college?
Sammie: My Jewish experience in college was a lot of fun! I was super involved with UH Hillel and was an intern for a few semesters, and also made so many lifelong friends!
Carly: What is your favorite thing about living in Houston?
Sammie: My favorite thing about Houston is the people! I have met so many different people throughout my life living here and the city is so diverse and unique!
Carly: What has been the biggest surprise about living in Houston?
Sammie: Traffic, and how big the city actually is.
Carly: What do you enjoy most about Jewston events?
Sammie: The thing I enjoy most about Jewston events is just getting to hang out with everyone and the community it creates!
